Terms and conditions for direct employers.
(Recruitment agencies working in partnership with us are subject to different schedule)
Terms and conditions:
1. Candidate details are supplied to clients on the
basis that they are to be treated as strictly confidential and may not be passed to a
third party. No approach may be made to a present or former employer without the
candidate's written consent.
2. Appointment fee and other fees are described on
our price schedule section at www.theeeurolink.com/price schedule.htm
and are valid for the specified period.
3. Provided the appointement fee is paid within 30
days of the date of the invoice then the following guarantee applies:
Should the employment terminate for any reason other
than redundancy within:
One calendar month - the fee will be refunded in
full or a replacement candidate will be supplied at no charge.
Two calendar months - two thirds of the fee will be
refunded or a replacement candidate will be supplied at one third the fee.
Three calendar months - one third of the fee will be
refunded or a replacement candidate will be supplied at two thirds of the fee.
4. Although every effort is made to ensure that
information supplied to a client is accurate we do not accept any responsability for
obtaining references, work permits or other qualifications for any permanent or temporary
staff, nor do we ensure that they comply with any particular qualifications.
5. The acceptance of a candidate's details from W3
LTD - TheEurolink constitutes acceptance of these terms.
